Job summary

Alex Wakefield - State Farm Agent in North Canton, OH seeks a customer-focused team member for a full-time Agent Team Member role. You will establish relationships, provide prompt service, and learn insurance and financial product offerings.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, educating customers on options, and supporting marketing goals while working with the agency to grow revenue. Licensing requirements will be pursued after hire.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
