Eminence Home Care is looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Home Care Intake Coordinator to join our team in East Orange, NJ.

In this pivotal role, you will serve as the initial contact for potential clients and their families, playing a significant part in guiding them through the intake process. You will be responsible for collecting essential information, coordinating care services, and ensuring that the transition into our home care programs is as smooth as possible.

Your excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and compassionate approach to care will be essential as you work closely with clients, families, and our healthcare team.
