Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related degree preferred.
• 0-2 years of related experience, internship, or coursework preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organized, detail-oriented.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support campaign coordination and project tracking.
• Prepare, proofread, and organize marketing materials and presentations.
• Maintain calendars, contact lists, media lists, and promotional schedules.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, community partners, and external contacts as needed.
• Assist with event preparation including materials, signage, giveaways, and registrations.
• Track basic campaign details and help prepare simple reports.
