Responsibilities

• Assist with development, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, special events, and player development programs.
• Coordinate advertising schedules and ensure marketing materials are distributed accurately and on time.
• Maintain marketing calendars, promotional schedules, and event timelines.
• Work with vendors, media partners, and internal departments to support marketing initiatives and events.
• Create, proofread, and distribute marketing communications (email, digital signage, social media).
• Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate promotional giveaways, drawings, and events; handle logistics and reporting.
• Assist in tracking and analyzing campaign effectiveness and budgets.
• Maintain records of marketing expenditures, invoices, and assigned budgets.
• Support Player's Club and guest loyalty initiatives through effective communication and promotions.
• Represent the property at community events, trade shows, and sponsorship activities.
• Assist with website content updates and social media engagement.
• Collaborate with Operations, F&B, Gaming, and other departments to maximize promotional effectiveness and guest satisfaction.
• Respond to guest inquiries related to promotions and events; maintain confidentiality.
