Axos Bank is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the Enterprise Marketing organization. You will work across campaign execution, audience strategy, performance reporting, and marketing operations to drive measurable impact.

Collaborating with digital marketing, brand, demand generation, and analytics teams, you will apply structured processes, attention to detail, and clear communication to deliver on campaigns and reports in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in marketing coordination or digital marketing.
• Experience with paid media platforms and analytics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, trafficking, and execution of multi-channel campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, email, and video.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication across functional teams.
• Maintain and organize campaign assets with brand, regulatory, and audit compliance.
• Analyse campaign performance and surface actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
• Assist with marketing operations tasks and documentation as needed.
