Axos Bank is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our Enterprise Marketing organization. You will work across digital marketing, brand, demand generation, and analytics to execute campaigns and drive measurable impact.

The role emphasizes structured execution, cross-functional collaboration, and analytical rigor in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to grow across marketing functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional marketing coordination experience.
• Exposure to paid media platforms preferred; hands-on experience a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Familiarity with audience targeting, segmentation, and A/B testing concepts.
• Experience with project management tools (Workfront) and ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, trafficking, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Maintain and organize campaign assets ensuring brand and compliance standards.
• Manage project workflows in Workfront, tracking progress and risks.
• Assist in planning and executing A/B and multivariate tests.
• Analyze campaign performance and surface actionable insights.
• Support administration and marketing operations tasks.
