Qualifications

• Familiarity with LinkedIn and common marketing tools such as HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Team and Project Coordination: keep projects, calendars, and assets organized and on schedule; coordinate across teams and with vendors; support marketing projects from kickoff to wrap-up; maintain files and reporting.
• Social Media: schedule posts, maintain content calendar, draft posts, gather visuals, monitor engagement and respond to comments.
• Light Writing and Content Creation: draft short form copy, proofread materials, support blogs/newsletters as needed.
• Sales Team and Event Support: coordinate logistics for conferences and customer events; manage calendars and deadlines; prepare collateral with OEMs and field reps.
