The Ladder Method is seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing operations. This remote role is ideal for an organized, creative self-starter who can drive email campaigns, social content, website updates, and SEO initiatives with guidance from the CEO.

You’ll draft newsletters, manage social channels, and help maintain digital assets and calendars, while tracking performance and staying proactive in communications and project follow-ups.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of marketing/digital communications experience.
• Proficiency with Mailchimp and social media tools.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, CMS platforms and basic SEO.
• Strong writing skills and keen attention to detail.
• Self-starter who can work independently and communicate clearly.

We work one‑on‑one with students to deliver individualized support that makes a lasting impact, and we’re looking for a dynamic, detail‑oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our growth and outreach efforts.

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Part‑Time Marketing Coordinator to assist with day‑to‑day marketing operations. This is a remote role perfect for someone who is organized, creative, and proactive. You’ll be responsible for supporting and executing key marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, website updates, SEO tracking, and social media content.

• Draft and schedule email newsletters and marketing campaigns (Mailchimp)
• Manage and post content to social media channels (Instagram, Facebook)
• Assist with basic website updates and SEO optimization (Squarespace)
