DXP Supply Chain Services is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help tell the story of AI-enabled supply chain solutions. You will work with sales, operations, and executive leadership to promote innovative marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement and business results.

In this on-site role in Houston, you will coordinate campaigns, create presentations and sales materials, support digital marketing and CRM efforts, and assist with proposals and trade shows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, sales support, or project coordination.
• Strong communicator with excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365; comfortable learning new technologies.
• Experience with digital marketing, CRM systems, or AI tools is a plus.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns, communications, and strategic initiatives.
• Create presentations, case studies, customer success stories, and sales materials.
• Support digital marketing, social media, website content, and customer communications.
• Assist with proposals, RFP responses, and business development efforts.
• Coordinate trade shows, customer events, and industry engagements.
• Conduct market research and identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
• Track project progress, campaign performance, and key marketing metrics.
