Job summary

Wise Construction is seeking a Marketing/Proposal Coordinator in Winchester, MA. The role supports the Marketing and Operations teams, shaping proposals and ensuring material quality for pursuits in a fast-paced environment.

You will work on SOQs/RFPs, maintain content libraries, and design graphics for proposals and presentations using InDesign and PowerPoint. A graphic design background and CRM familiarity are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign (required) and Microsoft Office.
• 2+ years of experience in the AEC industry.
• Graphic design capabilities strongly preferred, with a portfolio of work samples.
• Experience with Unanet or a comparable CRM preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality and consistency.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Ability to work effectively with both creative and technical colleagues.
• A desire to learn and assume increasing responsibility over time.

Responsibilities

• Work Acquisition and Pursuits (primary focus).
• Support the production of SOQ and RFP responses, including layout, formatting, and assembly, all in Adobe InDesign.
• Support the entire pursuit process, from kick off meeting through interview stages.
• Enter and track opportunities in our CRM database (Unanet), ensuring pipeline data remains accurate and current.
• Content Library: Maintain staff resumes and bios, keeping them current and tailored to each pursuit.
• Manage the project sheet and project profile library, ensuring content is up to date and formatted to standards.
• Maintain InDesign and PowerPoint templates for Marketing; templates for PM staff.

Job Type: Full time, Monday through Friday in-office

Wise Construction is a full-service construction manager serving three primary market sectors in the greater Boston area: science and technology, healthcare, and institutional. Our projects are complex, and we maintain a heavy pursuit load in which RFQs, RFPs, and interviews frequently overlap. In this production-focused and creative role, you will work directly with Marketing and Operations staff, helping shape our proposals and maintaining the quality and consistency of the materials that represent Wise. The position is well suited to an early-career professional with a graphic design background and AEC experience who wants to grow within a collaborative, fast-paced team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work Acquisition and Pursuits (primary focus)

• Maintain InDesign and Powerpoint templates for Marketing team, and Microsoft Office templates for Project Management staff
• Marketing Support
• Design graphics for proposals, presentations, social media, advertising opportunities, and other marketing needs
• Assist with brand management to ensure consistency in visual identity, voice, and messaging across all channels
• Develop and/or revise collateral materials for the market sectors we serve, our clients, and our staff
• Collaborate closely with all members of the Marketing team and with technical staff to gather project information, photography, and supporting details
