Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Marketing Specialist to support the team during a September through year-end coverage period. This role focuses on marketing production and execution using established templates and workflows to keep deal collateral and communications moving smoothly.

The position involves updating the database in HubSpot, coordinating communications, and producing materials with InDesign. A 3-year marketing background and an Associate degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in marketing or marketing support.
• Experience using Adobe InDesign templates for production.
• Associate degree or equivalent education in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Collateral Production & Design using InDesign templates.
• Campaign & Database Management in HubSpot and email marketing duties.
• Reporting & Timelines: assemble weekly Marketing Report from Smartsheet into InDesign layouts.
• General Deal Support for active deals and new client assignments.

Job description

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Marketing Specialist to support their team during a coverage period from September through the end of the year. This role focuses primarily on marketing production and execution, leveraging established templates and workflow processes to keep deal collateral, database records, and team communications moving seamlessly.

salary: $20 - $30 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Associate

Responsibilities

• Collateral Production & Design: Assist with the creation, formatting, and revision of marketing and materials using Adobe InDesign templates.


• Campaign & Database Management: Prepare and distribute email marketing eblastswhile maintaining and updating the team's contact database in HubSpot.


• Reporting & Timelines: Build deal-specific marketing timelines and assemble the weekly Marketing Report by pulling updates from Smartsheet into InDesign layouts.


• General Deal Support: Provide ongoing marketing, revision, and production support for active deals and new client assignments as needed.
