Job description

Plano, United States | Posted on 08/19/2026

We’re hiring a Marketing Coordinator to own the day-to-day execution of Sanwa’s marketing: our website and product catalogue, trade show presence, sales collateral, and outbound communication. The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑obsessed, and comfortable learning technical product information well enough to write about it accurately.

This is a hands-on execution role. You’ll work closely with sales and engineering, and you’ll be responsible for making sure our marketing materials are correct, current, and consistent.

What You’ll Do
  • Maintain our online product catalogue of several hundred to a few thousand part numbers — adding new SKUs, updating specifications, and keeping datasheets and product pages accurate
  • Own routine website updates through the CMS: new pages, content edits, images, and downloadable resources
  • Monitor and improve the RFQ/contact form experience, and make sure inquiries route to the right person quickly
  • Handle basic on‑page SEO: page titles, meta descriptions, image alt text, and internal linking
Trade Shows & Events
  • Coordinate our trade show calendar end to end: booth space, hardware, shipping, hotel and travel logistics, and show deadlines
  • Manage the production of booth graphics, banners, and displays with outside designers and print vendors
  • Prepare pre‑show outreach and post‑show follow‑up, and make sure leads collected at the booth get into the hands of sales within days, not weeks
  • Produce and maintain datasheets, line cards, product one‑pagers, capability statements, and presentation decks
  • Write and edit product descriptions, application notes, case studies, and short‑form content in plain, technically accurate language
  • Coordinate product photography and basic image editing
  • Keep a single organized library of logos, images, templates, and current‑version collateral so nothing outdated goes out the door
  • Build and send email campaigns and product announcements to our customer and prospect lists
  • Manage our LinkedIn presence and any other channels we’re active on
  • Maintain and clean marketing contact lists and keep records tidy
  • Assist with paid search or trade publication advertising as needed
  • Support the sales team with customized proposals, quote packages, and customer‑facing materials
  • Prepare competitor and market comparisons when we’re evaluating new products or markets
  • Track basic marketing metrics — website traffic, RFQ volume, campaign performance, show leads — and report on them monthly
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of marketing, communications, or marketing coordination experience (B2B, industrial, or manufacturing environments strongly preferred)
  • Comfortable working in a CMS (WordPress or similar) and making content updates without needing a developer
  • Excellent written English with genuine attention to detail — in this business, a wrong digit in a part number is a real problem
  • Strong project management instincts: you keep track of deadlines, follow up without being asked, and don’t let things fall through the cracks
  • Working knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows (roughly 3-4 trips per year, typically 4-5 days each)
