Job summary

Rhoads Energy is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Lancaster headquarters in a full-time capacity. You will work with our Marketing Manager and across departments to translate strategy into polished work. No two weeks look the same as you touch nearly every customer-facing piece.

You will keep websites fresh with updates, create campaigns, build email newsletters, manage the content calendar, and track performance across channels, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree or 2+ years of comparable experience in marketing/communications or design.
• Working knowledge of social media, email marketing and basic SEO.
• Comfort with WordPress (or similar CMS) and Canva/Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong organization and ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
• A sharp eye for detail and brand consistency.
• Clear, confident writing and communication.

Responsibilities

• Keep company websites fresh with copy updates, page refreshes and fixes.
• Create monthly statement inserts, digital assets, flyers, and seasonal campaign materials.
• Build and send email newsletters using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Manage the content calendar and shared asset library.
• Track campaign timelines and approvals to keep projects on schedule.
• Pull performance reports across web, social, email and SEO.
• Act as day-to-day contact for vendors on active projects.

In this full-time role, you’ll work alongside our Marketing Manager and with departments across the company to turn our marketing strategy into real, polished work. No two weeks look the same, and you’ll touch nearly everything we put in front of customers!
