Job summary

RLG Consulting Engineers is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing, communications, and pursuit efforts. The role includes design production for key initiatives, ensuring brand consistency, and building processes that contribute to overall success.

The position requires strong writing, layout, and project coordination abilities, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office. 0-5 years’ experience preferred. This is a full‑time role based in Dallas, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 0-5 years’ experience recommended, or case by case depending on expertise.
• Experience in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan marketing activities.
• Communicate effectively with Department Heads, Peers and Technical leaders.
• Write, edit and maintain resumes, boilerplate information, project descriptions, etc.
• Assist with preparation and coordination of proposals, qualifications packages, presentations and related materials.
• Plan and conduct company photoshoots, including headshots; manage scheduling and editing.
• Manage social media channels and engagement to maximize community reach.
• Assist in planning and coordinating special events.
• Design production for firm marketing materials.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Summary: The Marketing Coordinator will assist RLG in marketing, communications, and pursuit efforts. This position will provide design production for key marketing and communications initiatives, ensure brand consistency, and develop/maintain processes and systems that contribute to overall marketing and company success.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities:

• Plan marketing activities
• Communicate effectively and clearly with Department Heads, Peers and Technical leaders
• Write, edit and maintain resumes, boilerplate information, project descriptions, etc.
• Assist with the preparation and coordination of the production of proposals, qualifications packages, presentations and other related marketing materials
• Plan and conduct company photoshoots, including lifestyle photoshoots and employee headshots; manage scheduling, shot lists, photography, and photo editing to produce images that support the company's brand and marketing needs.
• Manage social media channels including planning and scheduling of posts and stories to maximize community engagement
• Assist in Planning and coordinating special events
• Design production for firm marketing materials
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements

Required Skills / Abilities:

• Detail Oriented
• Exceptional Organizational and Time Management Skills
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Working knowledge of Constant Contact or similar email marketing software
• Experience with project management software (Monday.com, Buffer.com) or other project management software preferred
• Basic understanding of photography and photo editing
• Strong Communication skills
• Strong Writing skills
• Ability to maintain multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of basic marketing principles

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required in related field
• 0-5 years’ experience recommended, or case by case basis depending on level of expertise
• Architecture, Engineering, and Construction experience preferred, but not required
