Jay Peak Resort is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for year-round, full-time work. You will act as the daily hub of the marketing team, coordinating content creation, vendor management, and timely updates to our website and materials while upholding brand consistency.
In this role you’ll collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Brand Manager across departments, handling logistics, proofreading, and asset management to ensure accurate, compelling communications for our guests and partners.

The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Marketing, Brand Manager, and departments across the resort, serving as the day-to-day operational hub of the marketing team. This role manages vendor coordination, website updates, marketing collateral, production logistics, and in-the-moment content gathering, while helping maintain the quality, consistency, and efficiency of the department's work.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign software. Familiarity with CMS (Content Management Systems) required.
Must have solid organizational skills and strong attention to detail as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required with French as an asset.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
This is a Winter Resort Area. It requires that work venues are varied, and in many cases include steep stairways, multilevel buildings and outdoor work areas, subject to very cold, sometimes wet or very sunny work sites. Some facilities are located at the base or bottom area, and some are semi-remote and can only be reached by traveling via chair lift(s), skis or snowboards. Walking surfaces are frequently frozen, sloped and slippery. Proper footwear is a must, indoors and out. Workdays and hours, as well as the number of hours required will vary, with an emphasis on weekends and holidays.
