Job description

Lemonade Hospitality is looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Producer with exceptional creative instincts to shape how The Sunny shows up on social.

The Sunny gives this person a lot to work with: a beachfront hotel, restaurants and bars, a pool and beach, events, interesting guests, food, design, music, partnerships, and the everyday moments that make a hotel feel alive. We are looking for someone who knows how to find the story in all of it - and turn it into content people actually want to watch, follow, save, and share.

This is a highly hands-on creative role. You should be as comfortable behind a camera as you are in the edit, with a strong understanding of composition, light, pacing, sound, and social-first storytelling. You know the difference between content that is technically good and content that has a point of view, and you have the taste and judgement to make The Sunny feel distinctive rather than like every other hotel on Instagram.

You will own the day-to-day execution of The Sunny's social presence - from developing ideas and capturing original content to editing, publishing, community engagement, and coordinating creators and influencers. You will work within the broader brand strategy and creative direction established by the Senior Director of Brand & Strategic Operations, with day-to-day direction and support from the Senior Manager, Brand Experiences.

We are looking for someone curious, observant, proactive, and deeply tuned into culture and the way people consume content now. Someone who notices the moment worth capturing before anyone has to ask, brings ideas to the table, and is excited to build a social presence that feels unmistakably like The Sunny.

Core Responsibilities
Marketing Administration & Department Coordination
  • Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, task lists, contact lists, meeting notes, timelines, and shared files.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and materials, document next steps, and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Manage month-end marketing requirements, including confirming invoices, updating expense trackers, documenting open commitments, and gathering recurring report inputs.
  • Compile basic reports, status updates, and supporting information from internal teams, agencies, vendors, and marketing platforms.
  • Help maintain clear, organized workflows so recurring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Digital Upkeep
  • Make routine updates to approved website content, including hours, offers, events, outlet information, links, imagery, and other property details.
  • Monitor assigned hotel, restaurant, and third-party digital listings for accuracy and coordinate corrections when information is outdated or inconsistent.
  • Conduct regular quality checks of guest-facing digital touchpoints, including links, QR codes, event pages, and promotional information.
  • Maintain organized records of digital updates, open requests, platform contacts, and access information.
  • Escalate technical issues, larger content needs, and information discrepancies to the appropriate internal or external partner.
Collateral & Brand Asset Management
  • Coordinate updates, proofing, production, delivery, and reorders for printed and digital marketing collateral.
  • Work with internal teams, designers, printers, fabricators, and other vendors to gather specifications, request quotes, track approvals and timelines, and confirm delivery.
  • Review materials carefully for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with approved brand standards before production.
  • Maintain an organized library of current logos, photography, templates, brand guidelines, working files, and final approved assets.
  • Fulfill routine asset and document-update requests, monitor collateral inventory, and flag replacement or reprint needs before materials become outdated or run out.
Social Media & Community Support
  • Support approved social media calendars by scheduling, publishing, and quality-checking posts and stories across assigned channels.
  • Monitor comments, direct messages, tags, mentions, and guest questions; respond to routine inquiries using approved information and elevate guest-service or reputation issues appropriately.
  • Identify relevant user-generated content, secure usage permission, and maintain organized records of approved assets and rights.
  • Assist with simple content capture, asset selection, caption adaptation, social coverage, and basic reporting when needed.
Events, Programming & Partnership Support
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing events, programming, partnership activations, hosted experiences, and other on-property initiatives.
  • Gather assets and information, update event listings, prepare materials, coordinate logistics, and support on-site setup and execution as assigned.
  • Maintain organized records of event details, vendor and partner contacts, schedules, deliverables, assets, and post-event materials.
  • Help ensure internal teams and external partners have the information and materials they need to execute successfully.
Cross-Functional Property Support
  • Provide responsive, hands-on support for occasional property needs that involve marketing materials, guest or partner items, document updates, asset pulls, or on-property logistics.
  • Coordinate ad hoc requests with the appropriate marketing team member, clarify timelines and requirements, and help bring approved needs through completion.
  • Pitch in on time-sensitive projects and property initiatives while maintaining visibility into priorities and existing commitments.
What We Are Looking For
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple small but important workstreams at once.
  • Reliable follow-through and a strong sense of ownership for assigned tasks, deadlines, and details.
  • A hands-on, collaborative mindset and a willingness to help with both administrative work and on-property execution.
  • Strong written communication, proofreading, and interpersonal skills.
  • Resourcefulness, sound judgment, and the ability to understand what can be handled independently and what should be escalated.
  • An eye for brand consistency and sensitivity to how guest-facing details come together.
  • Curiosity about hospitality marketing, a genuine desire to learn across functions, and a positive, professional presence when working with hotel teams, vendors, agencies, partners, and guests.
