Job summary

indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to support our Midwest dealerships. This role offers exposure to luxury automotive marketing in a fast-paced environment and opportunities for advancement.

You will plan events, coordinate logistics, manage materials, and ensure seamless on-site execution across multiple stores in the Midwest region. A Bachelor’s degree in marketing and strong communication skills are required.

• Experience in luxury automotive retailer marketing preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Extremely organized with dedicated attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and coordination of dealership and brand events including vehicle launches, client experiences, test drive events, rallies, and sponsored events.
• Coordinate event logistics, venue coordination, vendor communication, menus, guest lists, and timelines.
• Prepare event materials such as signage, collateral, branded items, and supplies.
• Manage RSVP, attendance tracking, and registration processes for events.
• Coordinate with dealership teams to ensure proper vehicle displays and event layouts.
• Support off-site vehicle displays and sponsored events, including logistics and signage.
• Provide on-site event support, setup, flow management, and breakdown.
• Track event budgets and vendor invoices to align with marketing budgets.
• Assist with photography and videography coverage and post-event reports.

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:

• Leads the planning and coordination of dealership and brand events including vehicle launches, client experiences, test drive events, rallies, sponsored events, and internal team activations.
• Support all event logistics including venue coordination, vendor communication, menu planning, guest list management, and event timelines.
• Coordinate event materials including signage, printed collateral, branded items, and event supplies.
• Assist with RSVP management, guest tracking, and registration processes for events.
• Coordinate with dealership teams to ensure vehicles, display areas, and event layouts are properly prepared.
• Support off-site vehicle displays and sponsored events, including logistics, signage, and coordination with event organizers.
• Provide on-site event support, including setup, event flow management, and breakdown.
• Assist with tracking event budgets and vendor invoices to ensure alignment with marketing budgets.
• Help coordinate photography and videography coverage for events.
• Compile post-event recaps and performance reports, including attendance, engagement, photos, and KPIs.
• Assist with identifying opportunities to enhance client engagement and ownership experiences through events.
• Maintain organized documentation of event plans, contracts, and recaps.
• Communicate event timelines and logistics with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintaining relationships with all store management to ensure success from all aspects of the role.
• Concierge clients through booking experiences and at times being the on-site contact.
• Travels between the stores within the Midwest Region - St. Louis, Arkansas, Colorado
• Reports to the Experiential Marketing Manager for indiGO Auto Group.

The opportunity is for you if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any related field from an accredited institution
• Experience in luxury automotive retailer marketing preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Extremely organized with dedicated attention to detail
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check
