Job summary

PK Electrical, Inc. is seeking a highly organized, hands-on administrative/marketing professional to join our Denver team. This full-time in-office role will support proposal development, Ajera project setup, CRM data maintenance, and coordinated marketing communications.

You will assist in scheduling, branding efforts, events, and community activities, contributing to a positive, collaborative culture in our Denver office.

Qualifications

• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud; comfortable learning CRM and project management/design platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal development and tracking with deadlines, templates, client requirements, and rate schedules.
• Support project setup and coordination in Ajera, including job creation and milestone tracking.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and track business development activities and events.
• Develop and coordinate marketing communications, newsletters, social media content, and branded materials.
• Support marketing initiatives, events, and community activities.
• Provide responsive support to Principals and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-time in office Monday through Friday.
• Coordinate proposal development and tracking, including deadlines, templates, client requirements, rate schedules, and Ajera reconciliation
• Support project setup and coordination in Ajera, including job creation, project documentation, PM assignments, kick-off meetings, and milestone tracking
• Maintain accurate CRM data, track business development activities and events, and monitor solicitation platforms for potential opportunities
• Develop and coordinate marketing communications, including company newsletters, social media content, graphics, and other branded materials
• Support marketing and business development initiatives, including meeting coordination, proposal/Prime packages, special events, and community and culture activities
• Provide responsive support to Principals and the broader team, including backup administrative support and special projects as needed
