Job summary

Insight Global seeks a detail-oriented Campaign Operations Associate to support end-to-end execution of media and incentive campaigns on a 6-month contract, ideally hybrid on-site in Cincinnati, OH, with remote options for EST hours. The role includes coordinating timelines, reviewing assets, and ensuring on-time activation across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities cover intake through launch, QA, cross-functional collaboration, and documentation while maintaining service levels and escalating

Responsibilities

  • Execute assigned media and incentive campaign workflows from intake through launch, following established processes, product guidelines, and service-level expectations.
  • Review campaign plans and intake materials, confirm required information is complete, and translate campaign requirements into the appropriate setup and workflow activities.
  • Coordinate with Client Success & Partnership teams, Campaign Operations, and cross-functional partners to secure campaign details, assets, approvals, and other required deliverables.
  • Build and manage campaign timelines to support accurate and on-time execution across multiple concurrent requests.
  • Review creative assets, URLs, targeting specifications, tracking parameters, product information, and other campaign inputs for completeness and compliance.
  • Complete campaign setup within designated platforms and systems.
  • Conduct quality-assurance reviews throughout the workflow and before activation, escalating potential issues or discrepancies when needed.
  • Communicate required edits, missing information, timeline risks, and campaign status updates clearly and proactively.
  • Support campaign activation confirmation, reporting coordination, documentation, and other post-launch activities as assigned.
  • Follow established escalation paths and raise blockers early enough to protect campaign timelines and the customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate workflow documentation and system records.
  • Develop foundational knowledge of Kroger Precision Marketing media and incentive products, including how they are sold, fulfilled, activated, and measured.
  • Contribute observations and suggestions that could improve campaign workflows, documentation, quality, or execution efficiency.
  • Work independently across a high volume of assigned campaigns while remaining flexible and collaborative within the broader team.

Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive Campaign Operations Associate to provide temporary execution support during the continued evolution of the Campaign Operations operating model. This will be a 6-month contract, ideally sitting hybrid on-site in Cincinnati, OH but is open to remote (working EST hours) for the right candidate. The contractor will support the end-to-end execution of media and incentive campaigns across a variety of platforms and workflows. This role will partner closely with Campaign Operations, Client Success & Partnerships, and other cross-functional teams to gather campaign requirements, coordinate timelines, review creative assets, complete campaign setup, conduct quality assurance, and support accurate, on-time activation.

This position is designed to provide near-term execution capacity as the team responds to campaign growth, expanded responsibilities, and the transition of repeatable work into a hybrid and offshore delivery model. Contractor support will help maintain campaign delivery and service levels while experienced internal resources focus on offshore training and governance, workflow simplification, automation, and other strategic priorities.

Compensation:

Up to $30/hr, dependent on experience.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
