Campaign & Marketing Execution

  • Support execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, content, social)
  • Coordinate timelines, assets, and deliverables to ensure campaigns launch on schedule
  • Assist in basic campaign setup and execution within marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot)

Events & Field Marketing Support

  • Manage and support planning and execution of trade shows, events, customer engagements and international events
  • Coordinate logistics including vendors, materials, schedules, and on-site needs
  • Ensure post-event follow-up activities are completed (lead tracking, internal coordination)

Social Media & Content Support

  • Execute social media posting and scheduling aligned with campaign priorities
  • Support basic content updates (website, email, collateral)

Preferred

  • Experience in B2B, technology, or industrial environments
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred)
