This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate or someone with a few years of experience who is eager to build a career in marketing and gain hands-on exposure across social media, events, content, marketing operations, and internal communications.

The ideal candidate is organized, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Track attendance and engagement metrics and share results with the marketing team
  • Help identify opportunities to improve event processes and the attendee experience
Marketing Operations & Communications
  • Pull, organize, and maintain marketing data and reports with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Support the Marketing Manager with reviewing data, identifying trends, and compiling insights
  • Assist with the development and distribution of internal marketing communications
  • Coordinate advisor and team headshots, including scheduling and organizing approved photo assets
  • Provide general support for marketing projects and initiatives as needed
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the company merchandise store
  • Manage online inventory and internal merchandise requests
  • Respond to questions from advisors and field leaders
  • Coordinate sourcing of new merchandise, reordering inventory, and vendor communication

Preferred Experience

Experience with the following is a plus, but not required:

  • Microsoft 365
  • LinkedIn
  • Shopify
  • HubSpot
  • Salesforce or other CRM platforms

Why This Opportunity?

This is an opportunity to build a strong foundation in marketing while gaining hands-on experience across multiple areas of the function. Rather than being limited to one area of marketing, you'll have exposure to social media, events, content, communications, data, and marketing operations.

You'll work alongside an experienced marketing team in a collaborative environment where growth, service, integrity, and personal development are highly valued.

This role is particularly well suited for someone who is early in their career, eager to learn, and looking for a place where they can grow professionally while contributing to a mission and culture they believe in.
