We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to provide operational and marketing support to our Market Development Team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, event planning, relationship building, and keeping multiple initiatives moving forward.
You will help ensure the team has the resources, information, marketing materials, and operational support needed to strengthen referral relationships, increase community visibility, and contribute to location-level growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Team Support & Coordination: Coordinate schedules, organize marketing materials, prepare presentations and reports, and provide ongoing support to the Market Development Team.
- Marketing Materials & Resources: Maintain inventory of business cards, branded merchandise, promotional materials, event supplies, giveaways, and other marketing resources.
- Event Planning & Execution: Coordinate logistics for educational events, networking functions, breakfasts and lunches, conferences, trade shows, golf tournaments, sponsorships, and client appreciation activities.
- Community & Referral Engagement: Support initiatives designed to strengthen relationships with referral sources, business partners, and community stakeholders while professionally representing the organization at events.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate CRM records, including contacts, activity notes, referral information, and organizational data, while following established data-quality standards.
- Reporting & Analytics: Maintain Market Development reporting tools and help track sales activities, educational-event participation, referral activity, and other key performance indicators.
- Marketing Communications: Assist with email campaigns, event invitations, educational promotions, timely stakeholder communications, and other targeted outreach.
- Brand & Reputation Support: Assist with community visibility, event promotion, brand consistency, and customer-review responses in accordance with organizational standards.
- Budget Support: Help track marketing expenses, event costs, vendor invoices, and other budget-related activities.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing coordination, event planning, customer service, administrative support, sales support, business development, or a related area.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate information.
- Ability to coordinate events, vendors, marketing activities, and logistical details.
