Smart Data Solutions, a technology leader in healthcare process automation, seeks a Marketing Content Writing Intern to draft blogs, newsletters, case studies, and social copy. You’ll develop event content and sales enablement assets, while supporting customer marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, PR, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong research, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Familiar with LinkedIn, MS Office (Word/PowerPoint/Excel), and basic content tools.
• Detail-oriented, self-driven in a fast-paced, feedback-rich environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft blogs, newsletters, case studies, and thought leadership pieces aligned to brand voice.
• Write LinkedIn posts, social copy, and short-form campaign content for healthcare payers and TPAs.
• Support sales enablement assets: battlecards, one-pagers, solution overviews, and playbooks.
• Draft event-related content: invitations, recap emails, on-site signage, post-event social copy.
• Assist with customer marketing content, adoption emails, newsletters, and case studies.
• Comfort using AI tools as writing assistants (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Smart Data Solutions, a leading provider of data management, claim routing and workflow solutions to health plans and TPAs, is looking for a Marketing Content Writing Intern to join our team!

What you’ll be doing?

Content Creation & Writing

• Draft blogs, newsletters, case studies, and thought leadership pieces aligned to Smart Data Solutions' brand voice.
• Write LinkedIn posts, social tile copy, and short-form campaign content for Smart Data Solutions' growing audience of US healthcare payers and TPAs.
• Support the creation of sales enablement assets: battlecards, one-pagers, solution overviews, and playbooks.
• Draft event-related content including invitations, recap emails, on-site signage, and post-event social copy
• Assist with customer marketing content, adoption emails, newsletters, case studies
• Comfort using AI tools (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) as a writing assistant
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills
