Job summary

Bodewell Group is seeking a Marketing & Content Specialist to own social media, content marketing, and thought leadership initiatives. You will craft engaging digital content, manage content calendars, and amplify leadership visibility across platforms while supporting campaigns and conferences.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer with experience in social media, content creation, and collaboration with leadership to translate priorities into compelling content.

Qualifications

• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience developing social media content, particularly for LinkedIn.
• Ability to adapt messaging to reflect brand, voice, and leadership perspectives.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies to support content development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media content calendars for Bodewell Group and its Leadership Team.
• Create, write, edit, and publish content for LinkedIn and other social media channels.
• Manage day-to-day LinkedIn content and execution for Leadership Team members.
• Coordinate development, review, and approval of social content, articles, and marketing materials.
• Monitor social media trends and performance to identify opportunities to improve engagement.
• Research conferences, events, speaking opportunities, and partnerships, and assist with planning.
• Coordinate content production, including planning shoots, assets, and basic editing.
• Collaborate with leadership and teams to identify content opportunities and support marketing initiatives.
• Leverage AI tools to support content development and workflow efficiencies.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
