STRiVE Colorado IDD Services is seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist / Direct Support Professional in Colorado. You will develop content across media, manage photo/video projects, and train DSPs in Canva and Adobe tools while supporting individuals with IDD.

You will design promotional materials, shoot and edit content, maintain branding, and collaborate with program teams to promote STRiVE services, events, and community presence.

Competenze

• Experience in marketing, graphic design, photography, videography, or related field.
• Proficiency with Canva; experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
• Portfolio showing photography, design, marketing and video production.
• Experience creating social content and supporting individuals with disabilities preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop and produce promotional materials for STRiVE programs, events, and recruitment.
• Photograph programs, events, facilities, and other approved subjects with professional gear.
• Plan, record, produce, and edit video content for marketing and education.
• Maintain STRiVE branding standards across materials and channels.
• Assist with social media content, calendars, and campaign planning.
• Train DSPs and staff in Canva, Adobe tools, photography, videography, and workflows.
• Organize a digital library of marketing assets and ensure privacy of subjects.
