Responsibilities

• Assist with managing Company social media accounts, including LinkedIn and other applicable platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content that supports the Company's brand and business objectives.
• Help maintain the social media and content calendar to ensure consistent communication.
• Assist with creating written, visual, and video content for social media and Company communications.
• Capture and edit photos and video of Company events, employees, vehicles, and operations for use across marketing and social channels.
• Produce and edit short-form/medium form video content, including filming, editing, and final delivery.
• Ensure content maintains a professional and consistent Company voice.
• Assist with creating and updating marketing materials, graphics, and promotional content.
• Help maintain consistent Company branding across marketing materials.
• Help prepare marketing materials and promotional items for Company events and trade shows.
• Coordinate with employees and departments to gather photos, updates, and other content.
• Maintain organized marketing files, digital assets, photos, and templates.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Position Summary

The Marketing & Content Associate supports Anew Solutions' marketing, social media, and content initiatives, with an emphasis on content creation, social media, and photo and video production. This part-time position assists with creating and publishing content, capturing photos and video, and supporting Company marketing and events. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines. This position is well suited for an individual looking to build marketing experience while contributing ideas and taking ownership of day-to-day marketing activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Social Media & Content

• Assist with managing Company social media accounts, including LinkedIn and other applicable platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content that supports the Company's brand and business objectives.
• Help maintain the social media and content calendar to ensure consistent communication.
• Assist with creating written, visual, and video content for social media and Company communications.

Preferred:

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Previous marketing, social media, communications, internship, or related experience.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms.
• Experience creating and editing photo and video content.
• Videography and video production experience, including filming, lighting, and audio capture.
• Video editing experience; DaVinci Resolve preferred (or Adobe Premiere Pro). Training is available for candidates willing to learn.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
• Experience with email marketing, website content management, or digital marketing platforms.

Physical Requirements
