Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable using social media platforms in a professional environment.
• Basic knowledge of marketing, social media, content creation, or digital communications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar business applications.

• Professional judgment when creating or publishing content representing the Company.
• Willingness to learn new software platforms, marketing technology, and processes as the role progresses.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing Company social media accounts, including LinkedIn and other applicable platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content that supports the Company's brand and business objectives.
• Help maintain the social media and content calendar to ensure consistent communication.
• Assist with creating written, visual, and video content for social media and Company communications.
• Capture and edit photos and video of Company events, employees, vehicles, and operations for use across marketing and social channels.
• Produce and edit short-form/medium form video content, including filming, editing, and final delivery.
• Ensure content maintains a professional and consistent Company voice.
• Assist with creating and updating marketing materials, graphics, and promotional content.
• Help maintain consistent Company branding across marketing materials.
• Help prepare marketing materials and promotional items for Company events and trade shows.
• Coordinate with employees and departments to gather photos, updates, and other content.
• Maintain organized marketing files, digital assets, photos, and templates.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
