Diamond Accelerator is seeking a Marketing Consultant to lead marketing strategy and growth for medical aesthetic practices on a 100% remote basis within North America.

You will diagnose client needs, craft holistic marketing plans across channels, and work with internal teams to drive profitable results. Base salary plus commission varies by experience, with comprehensive medical/dental/vision benefits and a 401K plan.

Join our stellar team as a 100% REMOTE Marketing Consultant, operating within the 7:30 AM–3:30 PM Mountain Standard Time window. Must live in North America.

As a Marketing Consultant, you’ll work hands-on with med spa owners and their teams - helping them implement the Diamond Accelerator System, optimize campaigns, and scale profitably.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary marketing consultant for assigned clients - reviewing performance, diagnosing problems, and building strategies.
• Guide clients on marketing, sales, and operational improvements to maximize results.
• Review data + trends, identify growth opportunities, and translate insights into actionable steps.
• Partner with internal delivery teams (ads, SEO, website, content, social, etc.) to ensure strategies are implemented smoothly.
• Collect and share client feedback to drive continuous improvement in our consulting system.
• Spot upsell opportunities where clients would benefit from additional services.

Base + commission (varies based on experience: $80K - $110K+) & medical, dental, vision, 401K
