Decentralized Masters is seeking a Marketing Compliance Associate to ensure all externally facing marketing and sales assets meet FTC, SEC, and platform guidelines before publication. The role covers paid ads, VSLs, landing pages, webinar scripts, emails, SMS flows, and affiliate copy, with ongoing monitoring for regulatory alignment.

You will build and maintain compliant language libraries, review webinars and sales scripts, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales leadership, and Legal/Compliance

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of reviewing marketing content for FTC/SEC compliance or similar regulated direct-response environment.
• Ability to communicate complex regulatory requirements clearly and professionally.
• Familiarity with FTC Marketing Guides, TCPA, and CAN-SPAM.

Mansioni

• Run pre-launch compliance reviews for external marketing assets (ads, VSLs, landing pages, webinar scripts, emails, SMS, affiliate copy).
• Maintain a versioned asset library with compliance notes and review history.
• Maintain a pre-approved disclaimer/disclosure library for various placements.
• Monitor platforms for compliance posture and coordinate responses to reviews, flags, or takedowns.
