Job summary

Decentralized Masters seeks a Marketing Compliance Associate to own pre-launch review and ongoing monitoring of all externally facing marketing assets such as ads, VSLs, landing pages, emails, and affiliate copy. You will ensure advertising, earnings claims, and sales language stay within FTC/SEC and platform rules before anything goes live.

Work closely with Marketing, Sales leadership, and Legal/Compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years reviewing marketing/advertising for FTC/SEC compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail; communicate regulatory requirements clearly.
• Working familiarity with FTC Marketing Guides, TCPA, CAN-SPAM.
• Strong editorial judgment to flag problematic claims.
• Comfortable providing direct feedback to sales/marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Advertising & Creative Review: pre-launch reviews for paid media, landing pages, emails, and affiliates.
• Earnings Standards: audit income claims and testimonials for regulatory compliance.
• Sales Floor Compliance: approve webinar scripts and sales frameworks; post-event audits.
• Channel & Data-Privacy Compliance: review TCPA consent, CAN-SPAM headers, and unsubscribe handling.
• Regulatory Awareness: monitor crypto/DeFi regulatory landscape and flag personalized investment advice risk.
