Qualifications

• Demonstrated analytical ability to review complex information, guidance, policies, or requirements.
• Ability to research regulations, guidance, and source materials accurately and efficiently.
• Interest in marketing compliance reviews within health care or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Research CMS regulations and Medicare Advantage program guidance.
• Support compliance reviews of required materials by applying regulatory research.
• Identify potential compliance risks and gaps for review by the Marketing Compliance team.
• Evaluate marketing materials for alignment with CMS guidance and internal standards.
• Organize review notes and supporting documentation with clear references.
• Prepare concise summaries, presentations, and status updates for team members and leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing Compliance and cross-functional partners to ensure timely completion of work.
• Participate in team meetings and learning opportunities related to Medicare Advantage marketing compliance.
