Job summary

The role involves coordinating with internal departments to address compliance issues and stay current with digital advertising regulations.

You will review marketing materials, provide feedback on updates, and maintain audit records. Some weekend coverage may be required, and bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma and 1 year of professional work experience in a corporate environment required.
• Interest in digital marketing and advertising compliance.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies, potential risks, and compliance issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide clear and professional feedback.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review digital marketing materials for compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
• Flag any non-compliant content and escalate per defined processes.
• Provide clear compliance feedback regarding updates or corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of compliance reviews, violations, remediation efforts, and audit findings.
• Review and respond to customer communications.
• Stay informed on digital advertising trends, regulatory developments, platform requirements, and industry best practices affecting lead generation and performance marketing.
• Provide administrative support to the compliance team, including documentation management, reporting, and project tracking.
