Your role

  1. Assist the Marketing Director in coordinating and executing trade show logistics and communication before, during, and after events, ensuring smooth participation. Liaise with external agencies as needed.
  2. Support the Marketing Director in developing and implementing internal communication strategies to enhance engagement and alignment across teams.
  3. Design and execute an Internal Digital Screen Communication strategy, including content creation and scheduling across the F&B NA site network via ScreenCloud software. On-board and train site-based users on software use and content leveraging. Collaborate with Global Communications on content and frequency for global channels.
  4. Create clear, engaging PR content and various internal and external communication materials such as press releases, newsletters, customer notification letters, and organizational updates.
  5. Collaborate with HR and the Marketing Director to manage and distribute organizational announcements effectively.
  6. Support the maintenance and organization of the sales tools portal on the internal digital storage site and assist in distributing new tools to the sales team and stakeholders.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, event coordination, or related areas.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for food, culinary trends, and innovative food ingredients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with remote teams and cross-functional groups.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Experience coordinating or assisting with trade shows or corporate events.
  • Familiarity with communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and project management platforms.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Canva, Mural) is a plus.
  • Interest or familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for research and content creation.
