Communications Specialist (North America)

Location: 100% Remote (U.S. – Eastern Time Zone preferred)

Looking for a Communications Content Specialist to support our AI Data Center business by creating strategic, compelling content that elevates our brand and executive thought leadership. This role is ideal for a dynamic communicator with a strong background in technical writing and digital media.

What You'll Do:

• Executive Social Media Support: Collaborate with NAM executives and the Strategic Communications Manager to draft and schedule LinkedIn posts.
• Track and analyze engagement metrics and update the global executive social media scorecard.
• Manage a content calendar for North America Secure Power blogs.
• Draft 1 blog/month featuring SMEs and create supporting social media content.
• Interview SMEs to capture their voice and technical insights.
• Competitor & Media Analysis: Generate bi-weekly competitor analysis reports (social media, PR, press coverage).
• Create monthly media coverage recaps highlighting KPIs, thought leadership, and regional performance.
• Event & PR Support: Support communications needs during events (e.g., talk tracks, logistics, materials).
• Assist in public relations initiatives and agency coordination.
