Orange City Area Health System is seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist to support the day-to-day marketing, communications, and public relations efforts across print, digital, and traditional channels. Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, you will produce accurate, on-brand content and help manage requests, timelines, and production details to ensure high-quality work.

Marketing & Communications Specialist

The Marketing & Communications Specialist supports the day-to-day implementation of marketing, communications, and public relations efforts for Orange City Area Health System. Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, this position produces accurate, engaging, on-brand content and materials across print, digital, and traditional channels. The specialist helps manage incoming requests, timelines, and production details, so the department can consistently deliver high-quality work while advancing organizational marketing priorities.

This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role for someone who enjoys creating and designing, organizing multiple projects, and collaborating with colleagues throughout the health system. The specialist executes projects under the direction of the manager and contributes ideas and improvements to strengthen the department’s work.
