Zusammenfassung

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to develop, edit, and manage customer-facing communications across energy efficiency, rebate, and utility program initiatives. Based in Minneapolis, MN, this role offers a hybrid schedule with onsite Tue-Thu and remote Mon/Fri.

Reporting to the Manager of Marketing Communications, you will collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality content and meet program goals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing Communications, English, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in communications, content development, marketing communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
• Write, edit, proofread, and content development skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects.
• Tailor messaging for different audiences and communication channels.
• Must be proficient in: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Tasks.

• Develop, write, edit, and proofread multiple communication and marketing materials, including: Customer communications; Marketing collateral; Promotional campaigns; Articles and bulletins; Program and product communications.
• Work directly with internal customers to gather requirements, clarify requests, and coordinate content updates.
• Manage assigned projects and communication requests through Microsoft Planner and other project management tools.
• Adapt messaging, tone, and style for different audiences, communication channels, and program goals.
• Collaborate with designers and creative teams to ensure content meets brand standards.
• Review creative materials for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Coordinate revisions and respond to questions throughout the content development process.
• Interpret and communicate data related to program performance, energy savings, rebates, and customer benefits.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Communications Specialist to develop, edit, and manage customer-facing communications across a variety of energy efficiency, rebate, and utility program initiatives. This position bases in Minneapolis, MN and offers a hybrid work schedule, with you working onsite Tuesday through Thursday and remotely on Monday and Friday. Reporting to the Manager of Marketing Communications, you will partner with team members and project managers. You will also collaborate with creative design teams to create, and deliver high-quality communications. These communications should engage customers and support important goals. This is an excellent opportunity for a communications professional with 5+ years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $60.00/hour to $66.00/hour.
