  • Prepare materials, signage, and toolkits for community events

Social Media and Digital Content

  • Write and schedule posts for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram
  • Create short-form video content, such as reels, to strengthen engagement
  • Maintain a content calendar to keep posting consistent and in tune with current/local events and news
  • Make light content updates to the CFSW website (Director owns most site changes)
  • Work with Donor Services Representatives and Advisory Boards to turn grant and scholarship outcomes into social and short-form content

Brand Support and Marketing Operations

  • Review materials for brand consistency and flag items outside brand standards
  • Maintain templates and approved assets and distribute them to staff and Donor Services Representatives
  • Provide general marketing support as organizational priorities change
  • Respond to routine marketing questions when the Director is out of office, escalating significant matters as needed
  • Identify regional events and information sessions that benefit the community and CFSW, and help coordinate staffing
What You'll Need

  • Strong writing ability for social media content in a defined brand voice
  • Ability to use AI tools appropriately and effectively in daily work
  • Ability to manage several projects at once and adapt to a workload that shifts through the year
  • Ability to work independently, accept direction and feedback, and escalation significant matters appropriately
