Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, communications, PR, or event support.
• Familiarity with firearms or Hornady products helpful but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with writers, editors, content creators, podcasters, and media contacts.
• Respond to media inquiries and coordinate product requests, shipments, deadlines, follow-up, and returns.
• Process and track product samples and promotional-material requests and coordinate fulfillment.
• Schedule meetings with writers/editors, gather materials, and track deadlines.
• Deliver on‑camera interviews, product reviews, and educational content.
• Coordinate travel, registrations, materials, shipments; provide on-site support.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
• Attend and support trade shows including international events.
