Responsibilities

• Contribute to creation and execution of social media/marketing/PR campaigns to support company initiatives.
• Assist with social media and/or website including posting, responding and maintaining a regularly updated social media presence.
• Assist with website and blog maintenance on the LandMark website.
• Grow LandMark’s video presence by ideation and creation of videos for social media, website, events, etc.
• Represent Marketing at location clinics and other local events.
• Keep promotional items organized by coordinating requests by location.
• Participate in other marketing projects as requested.

LandMark Implement is looking for a college undergraduate who is interested in learning more about marketing within our John Deere dealership. This position is designed for a student who wants to create and execute our marketing and advertising campaigns.

Program Overview

LandMark Implement has an internship program designed to give potential employees an opportunity to learn the culture of LandMark while providing solutions to our organization and our customers who serve in the agriculture industry. Successful individuals will be invited to apply for a second-year internship where they will get an even further in-depth view of the company. Individuals invited to return for a second year will receive a $1000 scholarship. Scholarships will be a check paid directly to the college upon receipt of upcoming class registration. Interns will be paid per hour with a regulated 40-hour work week.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to creation and execution of social media/marketing/PR campaigns to support company initiatives.
• Assist with social media and/or website including the ability to post, respond and maintain a regularly updated social media presence.
• Assist with website and blog maintenance on the LandMark website.
• Grow and develop LandMark’s video presence by ideation and creation of videos (for use on social media, website, internal and external events, etc).
• Helps represent Marketing department at location clinics and other local events.
• Keeps promotional/branded items organized and ready by coordinating and routing requests by location.
• Participate in other marketing projects as requested.

• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop are a must, Illustrator and Premiere a plus)

• Pursuing a degree in marketing, multimedia, advertising, graphic design and/or related field.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands described below are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. This role requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working on a computer, with frequent use of technology for typing, data entry, and screen viewing. Regular communication through telephone and email is expected.
