Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee comprehensive marketing and communication plans aligned with organizational goals and brand strategy.
- Integrate digital, print, advertising, PR, direct marketing, and social media into cohesive campaigns.
- Provide leadership to a team of eight professionals, ensuring work aligns with priorities, deadlines, and budgets.
- Mentor, coach, and support team members' career growth.
- Collaborate with service line leaders to translate goals into effective marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness, making data-driven recommendations.
- Adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Ensure consistency across messaging and creative assets.
- Uphold Salem Health’s brand promise and visual identity guidelines.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity.
- Serve as a Public Information Officer (PIO) on a rotational basis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or advertising (preferred).
- Minimum of five years in marketing or public relations, healthcare experience preferred.
- At least two years of people management experience.
