Job summary

InflexionPoint, LLC is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to lead strategic communications, elevate our brand, and support growth in manufacturing and industrial sectors. This role blends strategy, storytelling, and execution to position us as a trusted digital transformation partner.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of B2B marketing communications, strong writing skills, and experience with marketing automation and CRM systems. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing communications, preferably in technology, manufacturing, or industrial automation sectors.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value.
  • Experience managing digital campaigns, marketing automation and CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, Zoho).
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing technology (automation, OT/IT, MES, analytics) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a marketing communications strategy that supports company objectives and positions us as a leader in manufacturing systems integration.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels, ensuring messaging reflects our expertise in automation, MES/MOM, IT-OT infrastructure, analytics, and managed services.
  • Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to align messaging with target markets and buyer personas (financial, technical, and operational decision-makers).
  • Create engaging content (case studies, white papers, slide decks, email campaigns, blog posts, social media, and website copy) that highlights customer success and thought leadership.
  • Develop collateral that supports lead generation, including e-books, checklists, toolkits, and webinars.
  • Manage digital campaigns and nurture sequences to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
  • Manage relationships with industry publications, analysts, and associations to secure press coverage, speaking opportunities, and awards.
  • Coordinate participation in trade shows, conferences, and partner events, ensuring consistent messaging and strong brand presence.
  • Oversee social media strategy and execution to expand reach and credibility.
  • Produce sales enablement materials, including solution briefs, presentations, and competitive messaging.
  • Support partner and channel marketing programs, co-branded campaigns, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, using data to refine strategies and maximize ROI.

InflexionPoint is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic communications that elevate our brand, engage manufacturing clients, and support business growth. This role blends strategy, storytelling, and execution—positioning our company as a trusted digital transformation and automation partner to manufacturers in life sciences, food & beverage, and critical infrastructure sectors. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a proven track record in B2B marketing for industrial or technology sectors, capable of creating compelling content, managing campaigns, and aligning communications with sales and partner strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Brand Positioning
  • Develop and implement a marketing communications strategy that supports company objectives and positions us as a leader in manufacturing systems integration.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels, ensuring messaging reflects our expertise in automation, MES/MOM, IT-OT infrastructure, analytics, and managed services.

Content Development & Campaigns

Working Environment

Duties are performed in an office environment but may also require travel to customer sites/locations. Project Coordinators routinely use standard office equipment which includes, but is not limited to, computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. Minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues.

Physical Demands

Must be able to sit and/or stand for prolonged hours consistent with the average workday; to operate a computer and other office equipment, including but not limited to computer, printer, etc.
