Responsibilities

• Assisting in writing, creating, organizing, and distributing of internal weekly/monthly newsletters, articles, announcements, and other content.
• Brainstorming engaging content creation ideas and bringing them to life.
• Seeking out inspirational stories and positive customer experiences.
• Partnering and collaborating with business areas to determine communication needs.
• Responding to and prioritizing requests for content creation and distribution; aiding in reviewing and copyediting content for accuracy and brand standards.
• Utilizing and helping to maintain the corporate communications content planner.
• Assisting in updating the company intranet.
• Working on special projects as needed.
