Lennox in Richardson, TX is seeking a Marketing Communications Intern to support corporate events, internal communications, and employee engagement initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience in event planning, marketing strategy, and brand management while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role offers exposure to event logistics, content creation, and vendor coordination, with a starting wage of $19.80–$22.00 per hour and eligibility for overtime.

Qualifications

• Preferred majors in communications, marketing, event management, PR, journalism, sports management or related fields.
• Experience with event planning, communications, or marketing projects through coursework or internships.
• Proficiency with Canva and Microsoft Office Suite for creating materials.

Responsabilités

• Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of internal corporate events and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support the development of event-related marketing and communication materials, including presentations, promotional assets, and digital content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging, branding, and employee experience across all event touchpoints.
• Assist in gathering and analyzing post-event feedback, survey results, and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Research, evaluate, and coordinate vendor products and services for events, promotional items, and internal/external merchandise programs.
