Lincoln Electric’s Technical Sales Internship Program offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven sales environment. Interns will support the sales team by assisting with lead generation, customer outreach, and sales presentations, gaining exposure to the full sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s degree in a STEM or Business field.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. on a full‑time, permanent basis without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Visit various end users and distributors toidentifykey sales issues
• Participate in hands‑on welding demonstrations
• Promote products at distributor open houses
• Update customers on new products
• Assist Technical Sales Representatives with training end users
