West Shore Country Club in Camp Hill, PA is seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our team on a part-time, onsite basis. The role supports event marketing, content creation, and social media across departments, with flexibility in scheduling to cover club activities year-round.

The position offers hands-on experience using Canva and other digital platforms, along with mentorship from the Director of Member Services.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Proficient in Canva or similar platforms.
• Experience with photography and videography.
• Knowledge of social media platforms.
• 1-2 years experience in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Flexible schedule for events.

Responsibilities

• Event Marketing: Design and produce print materials, video reels, and email campaigns to promote Club events.
• Content Creation, Communication, and Website/Mobile App Management: Update website and app; assist with printed materials; curate monthly newsletter; send emails and push notifications.
• Social Media Management: Attend events, create engaging posts, manage monthly content calendar, and promote programs and amenities.
