Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Campaign Coordination: Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing and communication initiatives.
• Content Creation: Basic editing of promotional materials using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Social Media: Manage maintenance of our various social media sites.
• Media Relations Support: Maintain media contact lists and track media coverage.
• Internal Communications: Distribute approved messages to internal stakeholders.
• External Event Support: Help organize events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
• Community Outreach Support: Maintain partnerships, sponsorship activations, health fairs, and outreach schedules.
• Survey & Feedback Collection: Gather and compile feedback from events or campaigns.
• Promotional Item Tracking: Coordinate with staff and vendors to stock promotional items across locations.
