Job summary

High Plains Farm Credit, ACA in Kansas is seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator to shape our digital presence and engage customers across platforms. You will manage social media channels, website content, and digital campaigns, collaborating with branch offices to tell our story and strengthen our brand and mission.

You will drive content creation, monitor campaign performance, and support employer branding and recruiting initiatives to attract top talent across western Kansas.

POSITION PURPOSE

At High Plains Farm Credit, the Marketing Communications Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing and communication strategies that enhance High Plains Farm Credit’s brand awareness, customer engagement, and recruiting efforts. This role manages social media channels, website content, digital campaigns, and marketing assets while collaborating with branch offices to support local marketing initiatives.
