SHIK Consulting Group is seeking a Marketing & Communications Assistant to support client campaigns in the DC metro area. This in-person role offers hands-on training, one-to-one coaching, and clear pathways for merit-based progression.

You will represent campaigns through direct engagement, communicate information clearly, and help meet daily campaign goals while building strong customer experiences.

We're expanding our DC metro team and looking for a Marketing & Communications Assistant to support client campaigns while developing hands-on experience in communication, customer engagement, and marketing.

• Representing client campaigns through direct, in-person engagement


• Communicating campaign information clearly and professionally


• Building rapport and creating positive customer experiences


• Supporting customer acquisition and daily campaign goals


• Working alongside the team to deliver consistent results


• Participating in ongoing coaching and development
