Job summary

Aurafé in the DC metro area is seeking a Marketing Assistant who will represent client campaigns through direct, in-person engagement and build genuine rapport with customers from day one.

You will receive full training, weekly base pay with performance-based earnings, one-to-one coaching, and clear performance feedback, with travel opportunities for top performers and merit-based progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or events is useful, but not required.
• Willingness to commute within the DC metro area and work full-time.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
