Fives Landis Corp is the High Precision Machines Division of Fives specializes in the design and supply of various types of machines for numerous markets such as Automotive, Aerospace, Defense, Rail, Shipbuilding, Energy, Space, etc.

The division has approximately 1,800 employees worldwide working in about 20 locations in Asia, Europe, and North America.

We are currently seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist who has the same desire to prove that industry can do it!

Pay Range: $60,000 – $65,000 (rate offered will be commensurate with experience)

At Fives we all have a part to play in achieving our common purpose. Your role will be to:

Brand Champion

• Champion the Fives brand by promoting the company’s heritage, manufacturing expertise, technologies, and customer value across all communications and marketing initiatives.
• Develop and manage branded marketing assets, including sales tools, brochures, presentations, videos, digital content, and collaterals that support business development and customer engagements.
• Partner with Human Resources and business leaders to strengthen employer branding employee engagement, recruitment, retention, and internal communications programs.
• Foster collaboration across business units by highlighting customer successes, technical innovations, divisional capabilities while ensuring alignment with Fives and HPM brand standards.

Content & Communications Coordination

• Develop, write, and manager compelling internal and external communications, including customer success stories, case studies, news articles, product highlights, though leadership content, and press materials.
• Build and maintain a continuous pipeline of contest opportunities by partnering with business leaders, subject matter experts, and operational teams to identify stories innovations, customer achievements and industry trends.
• Coordinate the collection and creation of marketing assets, including customer testimonials photography, video content, technical information, and supporting visuals for multi-channel communications.
• Serve as the primary liaison for media and editorial activities, supporting public relations efforts, industry publications, social medial campaigns, and market awareness initiatives while sharing competitive and customer insights across the organization.

Digital Performance & Website Optimization

• Monitor website performance, audience engagement, search trends, and customer interests to recommend content enhancements and continuous optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with business leaders, website administrators, and marketing teams to identify content opportunities, improve user experience, strengthen search visibility, and support lead generations goals.
• Develop and publish website content that promotes products, services, technologies, customer success stories, recruitment efforts, events, and lead generation initiatives.

Events & Tradeshows

• Support event promotion and execution through integrated marketing activities, including content creation, emails campaigns, social media coverage, photography, video production and psot-event communications.
• Represent marketing at trade shows and customer events by capturing content engaging with customers and media, and maximizing brand visibility and lead generation opportunities.
• Assist with even planning, logistics, vendor coordination, reporting, and performance evaltuion while applying industry best practices to improve event effectiveness and return on investment.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with business unit leaders, sales, service, engineering, operations, and marketing colleagues to execute initiatives that support divisional objectives.
• Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, media partners, and industry organizations as needed.
• Support the adoption of marketing best practices, processes, and standards across HPM Americas.

We are seeking someone who has a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, technical writing, sales or related field. 3-5 years’ experience preferred. Demonstrated experience with social media. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and experience with picture capturing, Adobe Creative Suite, (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Canva or other design platform, WordPress or similar.
